Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a personal, executive or administrative assistant would be advantageous.
- Extensive experience in creating documents & spreadsheets, using office software such as Google Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets & Forms.
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, & organizational skills.
- Ability to manage internal & external correspondence.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as Google Calendar, as well as call forwarding.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong sense of responsibility & ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Proficient with Google Drive.
Proficient with Social Media & Social Media Management.
- Proficient with Apple Products.
- Proficient with writing blogs & newsletter.
Computer/ Tech Savvy.
